When I arrived at the well head, I witnessed this is a plunger- lift system well, using 1.5 inch diameter production tubing placed inside 4.5 inch diameter production casing. The production casing valve was placed the open position and the production tubing valves were place in the closed position. A domestic hook up was tied into the production casing valve. All production equipment for the well had been removed. My inspection revealed no indication the well is being used for annular disposal use. |
