0156545306 2012-06-27 Production Wells No Violations My inspection found the 8 5/8 casing has been repaired and the meter did not detect the presence of any H2S gas at the well head. I will folllow up in two weeks and check the well again before passing the violation dated 6-4-2012.
0618448152 2016-08-29 Production Wells No Violations I am on site today to conduct a follow up inspection in regards to H2S issues I encountered with my previous inspection. While on site I met with the landowner who accompanied me at the well bore. With the conduction of my inspection today I found that Atlas has not fixed the H2S leak and my Tango TX1 meter experienced readings of 115 parts per million beside the well head. After my inspection I called Chuck Woods and stated he needs to fix the leak.
0708292154 2016-08-25 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the well consist of 8.625 inch diameter surface casing, 4.5 inch diameter production casing and is using natural reservoir pressure for means of production. A 4.5 inch dimeter to 2 inch diameter changeover is placed on top of the production casing and is plumbed into the flow line. All valves were in the open position at the time of my inspection. An odor of H2S gas was noticed upon arrival, my Tango TX1 hydrogen sulfide meter detected approximately 25 parts per million of H2S at the well head. Previous inspections indicate that the well has leaked H2S gas before and a compliance notice was issue on 6/24/2012. The compliance issue was then resolved on 7/09/2012. The well has met production requirements for the past 20 years. Production equipment for the well bore consist of a 210 barrel production tank, a 30 barrel brine tank and a horizontal separator with a 2 inch diameter meter run inside the unit. The meter chart indicated the well was in producing order. All production equipment is placed inside an earthen dike that measures approximately 20*80 feet at an average height of 2 foot. After my inspection I placed a call to Chuck Woods (An Atlas Noble Production Supervisor) and stated to him that the well was leaking H2S. Chuck informed me that he would load the well with hydrogen-sulfide blocker in hopes of resolving the issue. I will be back on location to conduct a follow-up inspection and check the status of the H2S leak.
0802401949 2016-09-16 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection performing a follow up inspection to an H2S issue previously discovered, I witnessed no signs of H2S. The meter chart and production records indicate the well is in producing order.
0853970462 2016-11-10 Production Wells No Violations I am on site today to conduct a follow up inspection after discovering that the well has been leaking H2S to atmosphere. On the day of my inspection I discovered no signs of any H2S at or around the well head. I will continue to follow up with inspections on the well bore to assure that the leak is not reoccurring.
0928084546 2012-06-04 Production Wells Violations Noted My inspection found the well is leaking Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) gas and my meter measured it at 23 parts per million (ppm) at the well head. I contacted Atlas Noble and spoke with Pat Ervin - who in turn contacted Dave Forte. Mr. Forte contacted me and advised me he would take care of the well leak on 06-05-2012. Repair well head as needed to prevent the escape of oil and gas. My inspection also found the well has reported production for 2011 for 833 (MCF) thousand cubic feet of gas. No other violations are noted at this time. I will follow up in two weeks and check the well with a meter for H2S. I spoke with Mr. & Mrs. Dudgeon at their residence and told them my findings at the well.
1198352015 2016-08-31 Production Wells No Violations After being informed the H2S leak at the well head had been fixed, I arrived on site and found no signs of H2S. I will perform follow up inspections to insure that the leak does not reoccur. RBDMS indicates that the well is in producing order.
1341975208 2012-07-09 Production Wells No Violations The requirements of the Compliance Notice dated 06-04-2012 have been met. The well head has been repaired and no H2S was detected by the gas meter.
2098152216 2015-01-05 Production Wells No Violations On the date of inspection I found the well to be equipped with 1.5 inch tubing, 4.5 inch casing, and 8.625 inch casing. Within the earthen dike were a 210bbl steel tank, a 30bbl steel tank, and a horizontal separator.
