0206986678 2015-11-23 Production Wells No Violations I received a phone call from Dan Yoder to inspect the well. On the day of my inspection I found an 8 X 4 wellhead and a 4 X 1.5 inch wellhead, operated by a plunger lift system. The outlet valve was in the off position. The tank has been removed from the tank battery. A concrete volt remains in place within the dike. A horizontal separator is also on location. Mr. Yoder is requesting that the well be plugged. There was no reported production in the year of 2014.
0248285540 2015-04-23 Production Wells No Violations This well is recording production using a chart recorder. The well is operating with a 110 bbl. Production tank and a cement vault inside a containment dike 15x55x22 inches high. There is a horizontal separator outside the dike area. I checked the reported production for this well and it show that it is producing more than the minimum requirements for commercial production.
1387382277 2016-09-02 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection, I witnessed this is a plunger- lift system well, using 1.5 inch diameter production tubing placed inside 4.5 inch diameter production casing. The plunger is being operated by a motor valve. Production equipment for this consists of a horizontal separator. A domestic hook-up was plumed into the separator. RBDM records indicate the well has not produced commercially since 2014.
1413305354 2014-10-14 Production Wells No Violations On the date of inspection I witnessed that the well was constructed with 8.625 inch casing, 4.5 inch casing, and was equipped with 1.5 inch tubing. The well was operated by a gas plunger lift system. Within the earthen dike were located a 100bbl tank and concrete vault. Outside of the earthen dike was located a horizontal separator.
