0506690340 2016-07-28 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection, I witnessed this is a plunger- lift system well, using 2 inch diameter production tubing placed inside 4.5 inch diameter production casing. The plunger is being operated by a motor valve. A domestic hook up is present coming from the production casing side of well head. At the time of my inspection, I discovered a hole in the 2 inch dimeter production tubing. The hole was located right above the slips on the well head and gas was venting into the atmosphere. A call was then placed to Bill Barns after my discovery, Bill stated he was unaware the well was leaking and he would be sending people out the fix the issue that night. Production equipment for this well includes a 100 bbl. production tank, a horizontal separator and a 2 inch diameter meter run; all placed inside an earth dike that measures approximately 30*40 feet at an average height of 2 foot. Proper identification was in place on the tank battery at the time of my inspection. I will return tomorrow to check on the status of the leak.
1532035755 2016-07-29 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection, I witnessed the hole in the production tubbing has been patched and the leak has been fixed.
