2141887487	2016-09-28	Production Wells	No Violations	On the day of my inspection, I witnessed this is a plunger- lift system well utilizing 1.5 inch diameter production tubing placed inside 4.5 inch diameter production casing. The plunger is being operated by a motor valve. Production equipment for this well includes a 100 bbl. production tank, a horizontal separator and a 2 inch diameter meter run; all placed inside an earth dike that measures approximately 40*40 feet at an average height of 2.5 feet. The dike was being shared with permitted well No. 34-067-2-0877-0000. Proper identification was in place on the tank battery at the time of my inspection. RBDMS records indicate that the well has not produced commercially since 2011.
