1284589944	2017-06-15	Production Wells	No Violations	On the day of my inspection I witnessed this well to have 4.5 inch diameter casing and 2.375 inch diameter tubing. Valves are closed on well. Well is not plumbed for production. Site also has a 210 barrel steel tank with trees growing all around it. Well production records have not been submitted since 1991 and appears that the well never produced.
1414167219	2014-10-23	Production Wells	No Violations	I was on site with Mark Moreland - ODNR Inspector and Joshua Schiering - ODNR Inspector, on a production well site with a underground line condensate leak. Met with Kris Anderson of ALL Consulting and discussed the clean-up efforts that were underway on the site. Removal of contaminated soils were ongoing and had not yet been completed due to the area of impact from the condensate.
