0149870800 2014-09-30 Production Wells No Violations I met today with the landowner Marla Weppler and advised that this well is on the plugging schedule for this fall. Also advise that while plugging the riders will be kept form the area until the possibility of H2S has been removed.
0198771671 2012-07-03 Production Wells No Violations FOLLOW UP TO NOV # 487806260 This well is idle and shut in. The well is not legibly identified. The record shows the last reported production was in 2005 for 47 thousand cubic feet (MCF) of gas. Plug, produce, or sell and legibly identify this well. Failure to comply with this request may result in forfeiture of bond.
0272852740 2014-10-23 Plug / Plug Back No Violations Nicks Well Plugging Service has their rig over the hole today to plug the well. Appalachian Well Service is on site to shoot the 4-1/2 inch diameter casing at or near the Newburg at 4600 ft. and the Big Lime at 4000 ft. The well has H2S gas and the casing does not have integrity so tubing will be used to set the bottom plug. Nicks Well will set the Clinton Perfs plug then set the Newburg and Big Line plug thru tubing. They will pull the tubing out rip the 4-1/2 inch casing and lay all of the casing down. They will pick up the 1-1/2 tubing and set the last two plugs to surface.
0369948449 2013-09-09 Production Wells No Violations FOLLOW UP TO NOV # 1378742736 Arrived on location and met with landowner ( Marla Weepler ) she advised well has been idle since 1994.All production equipment at the tank battery has been removed. The lease road has eroded over the years and is gone. There is a H2s gas odor at wellhead. Company has already applied for and received a plug permit for this well. Make well capable of commercial production within 30 days: or plugging is required within 60 days. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of bond.
