1345277019 2017-11-03 Orphan No Violations At the time of the inspection the field in which the well is located was growing alfalfa hay so no access by vehicle was available. The condition of the well has not changed from the previous inspection done on 5-10-2012. The well has a 6 casing head at ground level with no other casings visible without excavation around the well. The well also has 2 tubing, rods, and a homemade pumping unit that is not in working condition. The well is plumbed with 2 steel line to a 1000 gallon laydown tank located three feet north of the well. This tank appears to be empty but for some solid material on the bottom. There was no gas or fluids leaking from the well at the time of the inspection.
1844458363 2012-05-10 Orphan No Violations Inspection done in response to Complaint # 3078. At the time of my inspection there was a well with unknown casing with a casing head. There was also rods, tubing, homemade pumping unit and a 1000 gallon laydown tank next to the well, which appears to be empty. I will review well for the Orphan Well Program.
