0206544516 2019-05-20 Completion Testing No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check on hydraulic stimulation operations. Allied Horizontal and Universal Pressure Pumping were on location. The sand proppant was trucked on to location and stored on-site within the Sandstrom proppant system owned by Universal Pressure Pumping. Brine water was being utilized for completions. During my inspection Stage 9 was perforated and prepared to be stimulated.
0718575140 2019-02-19 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations During my inspection the well was equipped with a casing head on the 13.375-inch diameter surface casing. The Conductor was drilled and set by Rocky Mountain Drilling Auger Rig. The surface casing had been set by Falcon 26 a Schramm 200 top-hole rig. The well was awaiting a rig to complete drilling to total depth. The pad had Newpark Rig mats covering the surface and seven frac tanks were set within containment.

1544572563 2018-12-11 Casing String Witnessed No Violations The inspection is conducted under a casing string inspection. Rocky Mountain Drilling drilled the 36- inch open hole to 100 feet. They ran 118.65 lb. per foot. 30- inch casing. The inside diameter is 29.25 inches. C&J Energy is on site to pump 315 sacks of class A cement at 1.5 % Calcium Chloride, .2 % of antifoam, .25lb. per sack of cell-flake. The yield is 1.19 and the water requirement is 5.2 gallon per sack. There was 50 % excess ran and left 10- foot in the shoe track. The displacement is 74 barrels of fresh water. The fresh water is at 50 degrees Fahrenheit, 6.5 on the PH and 46 on the chlorides. There was 13 barrels of slurry returns. Good circulation was established.
1553537120 2019-03-25 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations During my inspection Akita drilling rig 803 was on location for Ascent Resources. The rig was drilling the 12.25-inch diameter intermediate borehole at 2279-feet. I spoke with Ascent Company man Matt Miller. Mr. Miller stated that they plan on setting their 9.625-inch diameter intermediate casing around 6700-feet. They predict to be cementing the 9.625-inch casing on Friday of this week.
