0688363170 2015-11-25 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Performance Technologies frac stage 22 of 39 during initial pad displacement a leak developed in the frac missile shutting job down. Inspection of missile revealed a small gouge in a 4 to 2 reducer which could not be repaired. A replacement was ordered and in route from Canton with frac stage re-commencing upon installation.

Express gained circulation and cemented pipe with 230 sacks Class A cement with 2% CaCl and .5#/sk. of floseal. Displaced cement with 39bbls of fresh water and had good cement returns of 10bbls to surface.

Nomac Drilling Rig #72 was laying down 5.5 inch drill pipe with the Petta Enterprises onsite cleaning the pits. Inspection revealed the site passed preliminary restoration according to 1509.072A.
