I met and completed walk around with Ascent Consultant Jason Wiley revealing flowback equipment and flowback tanks were all in containment. Water will be directed to the flowback tanks with gas going to sales and oil sent to the stock tanks.

The production equipment consisted of eight 500 barrel tanks, two vapor recovery towers, five gas production units, three horizontal heater treaters, one compressor, horizontal vent scrubber, and one combustor.
1444693534 2015-10-11 Casing String Witnessed No Violations My inspection today was on the cementing of the 1277 feet of 13.375 inch surface casing. O-Tex was on location to complete the cement job. O-Tex rigged up and filled the lines with 5 bbl. and did a 2500 psi pressure test. Following the pressure test 30 bbl. of gel, 5 bbl. of H20, and then 284 bbl. of cement was pumped. 30 bbl. of gel and 45 bbl. of cement returned to surface. A cement sample was taken and it weighed 15.4 ppg.

The rig was tripping out of the hole at the time of my inspection. They are at a depth of 7050 feet. They plan to start setting the 9.625 inch casing tonight and cement it tomorrow.

During my inspection the well was equipped with a plunger lift system with valves in the open position. Annular pressure monitoring was present. The 13.375-inch diameter surface casing had 300 pounds per square inch and the 9.625-inch diameter intermediate had 600 pounds per square inch. The production equipment consisted of five gas production units, three horizontal heater treaters, one compressor, horizontal vent scrubber, one combustor, and eight 500-barrel tanks. The identification was present at the wellhead.
