0189773550 2016-09-06 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the production equipment included 12-400 barrel tanks within containment, 2-NGL tanks, a vapor recovery tower, 2-compressor units, 2-horizontal heater treaters, 2-oil stabilizer units and a gas combustor all shared with the Caston 2H, Caston 4H and Caston 6H. Also present a GP Unit and a sand trap. The well was equipped with a plunger lift system with valves in the open position with 470 pounds per square inch on the tubing and 500 pounds per square inch on the casing with annular pressure monitoring in place.
0591631045 2014-08-20 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that Nomac Drilling rig 80 had new, centralized 9.625 intermediate casing set at 1984. O-Tex Pumping cemented the casing to surface. Good circulation was maintained throughout the job with approximately 26 barrels of cement returns.

-barrel tanks, one vapor recovery tower, and one combustor. All equipment appeared to be assembled and ready for use. A 60 feet by 60 feet area was surrounded by caution tape where the release occurred. One lined roll off container was located by the area of the release. Identification was located on the well, on the tank battery, and posted at the entry along with laminated drilling permits.
