Production valves were in the closed position with chains and locks on all gate valves. The production equipment consisted of six 400-barrel tanks, two vapor recovery towers, six sand traps, six gas production units, three horizontal heater treaters, one compressor, and one combustor. The identification was posted at the well, tank battery, and entry. Laminated copies of the Drilling permits were posted at entry. Roustabouts were on location assembling production lines for production equipment.

The production valves were in the open position. Select Energy Services were on location managing flowback operations on the five wells on the pad. I spoke with the Ascent Company man on location and he stated that the annular pressure was being monitored. The production equipment consisted of six 400-barrel tanks, two vapor recovery towers, six sand traps, six gas production units, three horizontal heater treaters, one compressor, and one combustor. The identification was posted at the well, tank battery, and entry.
1308080155 2018-03-26 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection accompanied by ODNR Inspector Jeff Adams, I witnessed Patterson UTI Drilling Rig #577 had tripped out for a bit change and was drilling ahead in the intermediate section with a 12.25 inch diameter bit at 5845 feet with a planned total depth of 6500 feet. We met with Ascent Consultant Burl Miller and discussed upcoming 9.625 inch diameter casing job.

1414677365 2014-10-30 Casing String Witnessed No Violations I was onsite today to witness the surface casing being cemented back to surface. Highlander #10 drilled a 23 hole to a depth of 551ft. They ran 521ft of 18-5/8, 87.5# casing in the well. Baker Hughes was onsite to cement the casing string in. They used 714sks of cement on the job with a return of 44bbls cement to the surface. When I arrived at the well they were landing there last joint. They had trouble with the collar and had to have a welder come out delaying the job.
