0038517354 2018-04-20 Casing String Witnessed No Violations Halliburton was on location for two stage cementing operations on the 9.625 inch diameter second intermediate casing. The 9.625 inch diameter casing was set at 6500 feet within a 12.25 inch diameter borehole. During my inspection Halliburton pressured up and opened up the differential valve tool at 465 pounds per square inch. The tool opened successfully and the second stage was planned to circulate for 3 hours before going into cement. 10 barrels of spacer returned to surface on the first stage. Partial job witnessed.

0935062214 2018-10-30 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead. Production valves were in the closed position with chains and locks on all gate valves. The production equipment consisted of six 400-barrel tanks, two vapor recovery towers, six sand traps, six gas production units, three horizontal heater treaters, one compressor, and one combustor. The identification was posted at the well, tank battery, and entry. Laminated copies of the Drilling permits were posted at entry. Roustabouts were on location assembling production lines for production equipment.
0969868113 2014-10-23 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that Highlands Drilling Rig #10 had drilled a 23 inch diameter hole to the depth of 560 feet and ran 531 feet of 87.5#/ft. J-55 casing. Baker Hughes was on site and broke circulation and pumped 35bbls of gel, 10bbls of fresh water and cemented casing with 697 sacks of Class A lead cement with 0.05% Static Free, 1% CaCl, 0.5% EC-1, 0.125#/sk. Cello Flake, 0.75gals/sk. FP-6L, 0.5% BA-10A. Lead cement was followed 155 sacks of Class A tail cement with 0.05% Static Free, 3% CaCl, 0.5% EC-1, 0.125#/sk. Cello Flake, 0.75gals/sk. FP-6L, and 0.5% BA-10A. Highlands Drilling Rig #10 removed swedge, inserted plug and reinstalled swedge. Displaced cement with 148bbls of fresh water. Plug was landed at 240psi and pressured to 960psi for 5 minutes and the floats held. There were good cement returns of 58bbls to surface.
