During my inspection the well was equipped with a plunger lift system with production valves in the open position. Annular pressure monitoring was present with gauges reading zero pounds per square inch. The production equipment consisted of six 400-barrel tanks, two sand traps, two gas production units, one gas conditioning skid, one compressor, one vent scrubber, one combustor, two natural gas liquid tanks, and a Triethylene Glycol dehydration system consisting of one glycol contact tower and glycol reboiler.

During my inspection the well was equipped with a plunger lift system with production valves in the open position. Gauges were present reading 500 pounds per square inch on the production casing, 0 pounds per square inch on the 13.375 inch diameter intermediate, and 0 pounds per square inch on the 9.625 inch diameter second intermediate casing. Completed walk around and discussion was held with Carrizo District Engineer Coleby Weinstock and EHS Advisor Carmen Orosco on ORC 1509 and OAC 1501 and how the law and the rules apply to their production facility. The well is producing 1.8MMCF, 447bbls of oil and 83bbls of brine per day. The production facility should be completed with processing beginning in October.

1405124919 2014-07-11 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Whipstock Ohio Drilling Rig #1 drilled a 23 inch diameter hole to the depth of 507 feet and ran 484 feet of 18.625 inch 87.5#/ft. J-55 casing and stabbed the float shoe with 4.5 inch diameter drill pipe and broke circulation. Baker Hughes was on site and pumped 35bbls of gel, 10bbls of fresh water and cemented casing with 479 sacks of Class A lead cement with 0.05% Static Free, 1.5% CaCl, 0.5% EC-1, 0.125#/sk. Cello Flake, 0.75gals/sk. FP-6L, 0.5% BA-10A. Lead cement was followed 123 sacks of Class A tail cement with 0.05% Static Free, 3% CaCl, 0.5% EC-1, 0.125#/sk. Cello Flake, 0.75gals/sk. FP-6L, and 0.5% BA-10A. Tail was followed 100 sacks of Class A second tail cement with 0.05% Static Free, 1.5% CaCl, 0.5% EC-1, 0.125#/sk. Cello Flake, 0.75gals/sk. FP-6L, 0.5% BA-10A. Displaced cement with 5bbls of fresh water. Had good cement returns of 25bbls and cement stayed at surface.
