Production equipment included a GP unit. Also present a compressor unit, an oil stabilizer unit, a vapor recovery system, 6-400bbl tanks, a NGL tank and 2 flare stacks all shared with the Wagler 2H 34059243860000. Identification was present and production records were current.
0081364446 2016-06-08 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I received a call from Carrizo Field Superintendent Jerry Murphy stating that an Enlink transport truck while loading oil broke a hydraulic line on the pump releasing 3-5 gallons of hydraulic fluid on the pad. Upon arrival I witnessed a 20 feet by 20 feet area taped off with absorbent material in place. I met with FTI roustabout Will Voss who stated that Environmental Products and Services were in route to remove contamination, dispose of and replace with clean stone.

1406925475 2014-08-01 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the date of inspection I witnessed the cementing of the 18.625 inch 87.5 lbs/ft. casing. Carrizo Company Man on site was Wayne Simon. The Whipstock Ohio #1 rig drilled a 23 inch diameter hole to a Total Depth of 520 feet with a floating shoe at a depth of 498 feet. Baker Hughes pumped 480 sacks of lead Class A cement with a weight of 15.6ppg and yield of 1.20. Baker Hughes pumped 123 sacks of tail cement with a weight of 15.6ppg and a yield of 1.21. 30 bbl of cement returned to surface and stayed at surface while I was on site.
1408048323 2014-08-14 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that Whipstock Ohio Drilling Rig #1 had drilled a 12.5 inch diameter hole to the depth of 6680 feet and Wyoming casing crew ran 6600 feet of 9.625 inch 40#/ft. L-80 casing. Baker Hughes was on site and was rigging up their cement head in preparation of the upcoming 2-stage cement job.

Patterson UTI Drilling Rig #334 was drilling an 8.75 in diameter vertical hole at a depth of 7049 feet and will begin their curve at 7400 feet landing it at 8600 feet.
