1042685957 | 2019-04-09 | Production Wells | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was a follow up on compliance notice -2062581710. During my inspection the well was equipped with 7-inch diameter surface casing with a casing head, 4.5-inch diameter production casing with a tubing head, 2.375-inch diameter tubing, and rods. Production valves were in the closed position and there were no lines attached. A gauge was present on the 4.5-inch diameter production casing reading 1400 pounds per square inch. Identification was posted on the wellhead. Production records were current with M&R Investments submitting reports of zero production for the year 2017. I called and left a voicemail with M&R Investments Eddie Moss to ask him if they had any plans for the well in the foreseeable future and to make him aware that the production casing pressure was at 1400 pounds per square inch. Accompanied today by ODNR Inspector Rick Brown. |
