0487298688 2019-03-05 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with a plunger lift system with production valves in the open position. Annular pressure monitoring was present with gauges reading 0 pounds per square inch on the 13.375-inch surface casing and 100 pounds per square inch on the 9.625-inch diameter intermediate casing. The production equipment consisted of four horizontal indirect line heaters, four horizontal separators, one gas compression skid, four 400-barrel tanks, and a flare stack. Identification was present and production records were current.
1078195890 2016-06-08 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the production equipment included a line heater, a bulk separator, a flash gas compressor, a fuel gas skid, a vapor recovery system, 3-400bbl condensate tanks and a 400bbl produced water tank within containment and a flare stack. The well was equipped with Crown wellheads and a combination of Neeco and Cameron valves making up the production tree. Gauges present read 400psi on the casing and 230psi on the tubing. Identification was present and current production records.
1359996504 2013-02-04 Production Wells No Violations Butchs top hole service is making attempts to bore down to the 100 mark, they are on this date at 70.
1360235969 2013-02-06 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the cement job on the conductor casing, the job showed good returns but slowly feel back after the job was done, the operator was going to let the cement set up for eight hours then top off with a grout truck.
1373565091 2013-07-11 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Halliburton pump four hundred and fifty sacks of Bondcem cement in the twenty inch surface casing with forty five barrels of cement returns, the location has good erosion control.
1376418614 2013-08-13 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I am on site today training with Mike Hartshorn and witnessed that H&P drilling rig 287 was at a depth of 10730 experiencing down hole problems and tripping out of the hole to determine what the issue is.
1376877608 2013-08-18 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Halliburton displace 110 sacks of FillCem cement followed by 160 sacks of Halcem with 8% gel, then 1570 sacks of Gasstop Blend cement.
