0092460841 2016-09-08 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the production equipment included 2-100 barrel tanks and a compressor unit within an earthen dike. Also present a horizontal separator, a motor valve, a 2 inch salesmeter with a 1 inch orifice and chart recorder. The well was equipped with 8.625 inch casing; 4.5 inch casing, 2.375 inch tubing and a plunger lift system with valves open on the tubing and closed on the casing. Identification was present and production records were current.

0363732111 2013-04-16 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection Reviewed the Divisions production records and found them to be current, there is 8.625 casing with 4.5 production casing and 2 tubing standing from the ground, all the valves are open at the well, there are (3) one hundred barrel production tanks/ compressor setting inside a containment dike, the separator is setting inside a containment dike, the I.D. is posted on the tanks.

Note: Solidified mud pit and closed they are going to bring in steel tank to place cuttings in while drilling down hole.
