The well was equipped with 8.625 inch casing, 4.5 inch casing, 2.375 inch tubing, rods and a CECO pumping unit powered by electricity with the belts burnt off, the power in the off position and the valves in the open position. The production equipment included a 210 barrel tank within an earthen dike. Identification was present and production records were current. I placed call to Artex Field Superintendent Joe Snider and stated my findings. Mr. Snider stated that he would dress up the access road. |
