0524529881 2013-04-15 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found the Division of Oil and Gas production records current, there is eight inch casing with four and a half inch production casing with two inch tubing leading over to a separator/ drip/ chart (1) two hundred ten barrel tank and (1) one hundred barrel tank setting inside the containment dike, the valves are open on the well, the pressure gauge on the four and a half inch has nine hundred pounds and the two inch tubing has seven hundred pounds showing on the pressure gauge, the I.D. is posted on the tank. Inspector David Ball informed me of a leak that had occurred from the one hundred barrel tank, the fluid stayed inside the containment dike and has been cleaned up, the repairs have been made to the tank.
