0190656733 2017-11-22 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the production equipment included a 210 barrel tank, a vertical separator, a 2 inch meter run with a .375 inch orifice and a chart recorder all within an earthen dike. The well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter casing; 4.5 inch diameter casing and a casing lift system. Identification was present and production records were current.
