1297380322 2016-03-29 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the production equipment included a 210bbl tank, a horizontal separator and a drip all within an earthen dike. The well was equipped with 8.625 inch casing, 4.5 inch casing, 1.5 inch tubing, rods and an Ideco pumping unit powered by electricity with valves in the open position. Identification was present and production records were current.

1539272534 2018-10-10 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with 8.625-inch diameter surface casing with a casing head, 4.5-inch diameter production casing with a tubing head, 1.5-inch diameter tubing, rods and a pumping unit. All production valves are in the open position. The production equipment consisted of one 210-barrel tank, one horizontal separator, and a drip all within an earthen dike. A domestic gas line was attached to the drip with an open valve and a Little Joe regulator.
