1391818253 2015-08-25 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection following up on Complaint ID #5100, I witnessed the production equipment included a 210bbl tank, a horizontal separator, a 2 inch sales meter with .125 inch orifice and a chart recorder and a current chart all within an earthen dike. High vegetation was present around the production equipment with no contamination found. The well was equipped with 8.625 inch casing, 4.5 inch casing, 2.375 inch tubing, rods and a Lufkin pumping unit powered by natural gas with 1 of 2 valves open on the tubing and all valves open on the casing. Identification was present and production records were current. No contamination was found at the wellhead. I located a salesline drip and 5bbl polymer tank located along the access road with no contamination present. The tank was 80% full so I placed call to Big Sky well tender Greg Henderson and instructed him to pump out the tank.
