During my inspection the well was equipped with 8.625-inch diameter casing with a casing head, 4.5-inch diameter casing, and a ConCoyle casing lift system with valves in the open position. The production equipment consisted of one 100-barrel tank, one horizontal separator, one drip, and a sales meter. The sales meter had a 2-inch diameter sales line, a .375-inch orifice plate, and a chart recorder with outdated chart dated 11/13/18. The production records were current.
