1346383723 2014-02-13 Production Wells Violations Noted On the day of my inspection, I reviewed the Division of Oil and Gas production records for this well and they indicated that they were current for the years 2011 and 2012. The well is equipped with a pumping unit standing above an eight and five-eighths surface casing with two inch tubing. Upon inspection, the pumping unit was not operating. The valve on the two inch production tubing was in the open position at the well, the gauge on this line was showing twenty pounds of pressure, the well is also equipped with a domestic gas line. There is a separator / drip / chart recorder, and two one hundred barrel production tanks sitting inside a containment dike. The valve on the two inch production tubing from the separator was in the closed position, and the valve on the domestic gas line was also closed. Upon inspection, there was no I.D. tag posted at the well. The I.D. tag on the tanks was not for the current operator.

The requirements to meet Division of Oil and Gas standards are as follows: 1.) Properly display identification information at the well and tank.
