0235914353 2019-03-28 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a follow up on Compliance Notice 1697707811 and Complaint 5712. The compliance notice stated well shall be plugged. During my inspection the well was equipped with 8.625-inch diameter surface casing with a casing head, 4.5-inch diameter production casing with a tubing head, 2.375-inch diameter tubing, rods, and a pumping unit. All production valves were in the closed position. Following my inspection, I called Allan Berry with Berry Enterprises to discuss the plans for the well. Mr. Berry stated that he will be bringing a service rig to service the well and bring it back into production. The service rig is expected to arrive within the next two months.
