0213282294 2006-07-31 Production Wells No Violations PRODUCING WELL.
1018148617 2018-02-13 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the production equipment included a 100 barrel tank, a 37 barrel plastic tank, 2-drips, a vertical separator and a compressor unit all within an earthen dike. The well was equipped with 4.5 inch diameter casing, 2.375 inch diameter tubing and domestic gas service with valves open on the tubing and 1 of 2 valves open on casing supplying the domestic gas service. Identification was present and production records were current.
1259350553 2009-11-27 Production Wells No Violations Inspection revealed that well is equipped with pumping unit and tubing and rods and 1-100 bbl tank in need of proper dike construction when SPCC rules go into effect.
1553018717 2019-03-19 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with 4.5-inch diameter production casing with a tubing head and 2.375-inch diameter production tubing. Production valves were in the open position with 50 pounds per square inch present on a gauge on the production flow line. A domestic gas line was equipped with a regulator and open valve. Topping the tubing was a Demco Master Valve. The master valve was leaking, the valve was in the closed position and gas vapors could be seen coming out of the top port on the valve at a very low pressure. I called Scott Davis with green gas and made him aware of the gas leak. Mr. Davis stated that a pumper would have the gas leak stopped by the end of the day.
1553257284 2019-03-22 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a follow up. My inspection on 3/19/2019 found gas vapors visible leaking at a very low pressure from the Demco master valve on the tubing. I placed a call to Green Gas that day to make them aware of my findings. During my inspection today, the valve was no longer leaking. While utilizing the Ventis Pro 4 gas detector zero readings were recorded. The well appeared to be producing with 50 pounds per square inch on the production flow line and the domestic gas service was equipped with an open valve.
1737465439 2018-05-21 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter surface casing with a casing head, 4.5 inch diameter production casing with a tubing head, and 2.375 inch diameter tubing. Production valves were in the open position. A domestic gas service was attached to the 4.5 inch diameter casing with an open valve. The production equipment consisted of one 100 barrel tank, one 1550 gallon poly tank, two drips, one vertical separator, and one natural gas compressor. All equipment was within an earthen dike. The identification was located on the 100 barrel tank and the production records were current.
