Man door needs an extension there is a 23 inch gap between the bottom of the door and ground level. Fence has been painted green and the bottom board painted black. The well and the tank battery need an identification sign. Identification sign for the well is inside the fence on the ground. The tank is on an adjacent property owner. Company will be contacted, regarding repairs. Affected area from drilling has been reclaimed. Lease roads are stable. Both drives are private residential drives, no gates required. |

If he sees an increase in pressure he will know that there is a crack in string. If crack is located, string will need to be tripped out and cracked drill collar replaced. He has a pond down slope of the site, minor amount of sediment has entered his pond from the site. Sediment plum 10x5 at the inlet of pond was noted. Drainage swales on Mr. Bajaksouzians property are starting to be cut by drainage from his property, also contributing to erosion. Mr. Bajaksouzian also stated the pond needs dipped. Mr. Bajaksouzian was concerned about drainage controls. I informed Mr. Bajaksouzian that drainage controls should already be in place. Spoke to Hugh Palmer reminded Hugh that drainage controls need to be up during the cutting of the site. Not after the rig has moved on. Reviewed drainage control plan with Hugh and landowner. Drainage controls will be installed today. Contacted Warren from J.R. Smail reminded him of the same thing. |

The lease access is stable. I called Mark Torpak of Cutter with regards to installation of additional signage at the well and tank battery. |
