There was a domestic line plumbed off of the 4.5 inch casing with two regulators, a drip bottle and a meter. The well was fenced with a locked man door. The production records for this well were current. The tank battery consisted of one 100 BBL production tank, one 100 BBL brine tank and a mechanical separator. Valves on the separator were open and the chart showed production. Tank vavles were equipped with flat plugs and the vent stack on the production tank was plumbed into a 55 gallon charcoal filter and topped with a spark arrestor. The tank battery was diked and fenced with a locked man door. Proper, legible signage was located at the well and tank battery and the lease access was stable. No violations observed. |
