0322594459 2018-12-19 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I conducted an inspection on this well regarding complaint #6032. Complaintant, Paul Hallisy, landowner at 18052 Harvest Drive, stated he had oil floating on top of the water inside the crock, where his sump pump was located. Mr. Hallisy was concerned it may be oil field related to this well. This well is located approximately 955 feet due west from Mr. Hallisys property. At the time of this inspection, the well consisted of a 4.5 inch casing swaged up to a ball valve, topped with a bull plug and gauge. The valve on the casing was closed. No leaks were observed at the well. Production equipment previously associated with this well has been removed from location. Legible identification was present at the well. Lease access was stable. J Well Service, Inc. has made application to plug this well in the spring of 2019. No violations observed. I contacted Mr. Hallisy regarding my findings at the well location. Mr. Hallisy stated that the oil was still present in the sump pump crock but had not increased in quantity. He also stated he had not removed the initial oil from the crock but had replaced his sump pump.
0917405363 2013-05-22 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations My inspection found the well to be equipped with a pump jack. The well and tank battery are in good condition and surrounded by a chain link fence. The tank battery consists of a 100 BBL production tank, a 100 BBL brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The production tank is vented into a 55 gallon charcoal filter. The tanks also have spark arrestors on top of the vent stacks. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition.
1701537222 2007-11-02 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Lease road is gated and gate is locked. Well head is fenced, and locked. Two 110 bbl tanks and mechanical separators on site. Charcoal filter is installed. Well is a pump jack well. Well and tank battery spacing is good. Site is seeded and vegetated. Lease road is stable and constructed out of durable material.
2009940777 2017-02-17 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations At the time of this inspection, the well was equipped with an electric driven pumpjack and the valves on the wellhead were closed. The electric has been disconnected and the motor removed off of the pumpjack. Production reported for this well in 2015 was zero. There was a domestic line off of the 4.5 inch casing with a regulator, drip bottle and meter and the valves were open. The well was fenced but not locked. The tank battery consisted of one 100 BBL production tank, one 100 BBL brine tank and a mechanical separator. Valves on the separator were closed and no chart was present in the chart box. The sales line within the tank battery also had valves shut-in. The production tank vent stack was plumbed into a 55 gallon charcoal filter and then topped with a spark arrestor. Tank valves were equipped with flat plugs. The production and brine tank had the correct lids and hatches. The tank battery was diked and fenced with a locked man door. The signage was located at the tank battery but needs updated to reflect new owner information. The lease access was stable. I contacted Jim Adams from J Well Service who indicated to me that the well is watered out and will be making application to obtain a permit to plug the well this spring/summer of 2017. He will also be adding updated signage to the wellsite location.
