Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0269548581 2013-08-20 Production Wells No Violations My inspection found the well to be equipped with a pump jack. The annulus valve is closed. The well and tank battery are in good repair and are surrounded by a chain link fence and pine trees. The tank battery consists of a 100 BBL production tank, a 25 BBL poly brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The proper identification is located on the tank battery and the wellhead. The lease road is in stable condition.
1995154679 2007-09-17 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Site has been graded and seeded. Vegetation is established. Well is a pump jack well. Tank battery has mechanical separator, one 35 bbl tank and one 110 bbl tank. Dike has a drain pipe installed, pipe is capped. Lease road has been restored.
