0709637572 2013-07-17 Production Wells No Violations My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The well and tank battery are in good repair and are surrounded by a chain link fence. The tank battery consists two 100 BBL production tanks, two 25 BBL poly brine tanks, and two mechanical separators. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition.
1268148586 2017-03-20 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: a wellhead and associated tank battery located in a rural area, on an otherwise undeveloped parcel consisting chiefly of rolling woodland and upland meadows. Access to the wellhead was afforded by a gravel-paved access road that enters from SR 6 and travels north 1/2 mile, through a wooded area. The wellhead was comprised of a plunger-lift system in a locked enclosure. The access road to the wellhead has become overgrown in some areas but is passable. The battery was comprised of two 100-barrel stock tanks, two plastic brine tanks, and separators. The battery is shared with the #2-1190. Fittings and connections at the wellhead and battery were secure. The load-line valves were locked and secure. Tank lids were closed. Secondary containment was intact. I walked the areas around the wellhead and battery and found no signs of impact or problems.
1334881416 2007-08-13 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Tank battery dike is stable, well 1819 and 1190 Lake County well is in the same tank battery. Two 100 BBl tank, 2 plastic tanks and two mechanical separators in battery. Site has been seeded and vegetation is established.
