0074708008 2017-03-21 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: a wellhead and associated tank battery located in a rural area, on an otherwise undeveloped parcel consisting chiefly of rolling woodland and upland meadows. Access to the wellhead was afforded by a gravel-paved access road that enters from SR 6 and travels north, past the shared tank battery, and provides access to the following wells: #2-1152, #2-1819, and #2-1820. The wellhead was comprised of a plunger-lift system in a chain-link enclosure which was locked and secure. I noted that there was a small leak of gas from a pressure-gauge fitting at the wellhead. The associated tank battery was comprised of three 100-barrel steel stock tanks, and two 1,000-gallon plastic brine tanks. Fittings and connections at the wellhead and battery were secure. I noted that the load-line valves were plugged but not secure with locks. I met with well tender Bill Smith at the location and we discussed the need for locks at the load-lines and maintenance at the gas leak I observed at the wellhead. He indicated that the items would be fixed within the week.

2068608139 2013-07-17 Production Wells No Violations My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The annulus valve is closed. The well and the tank battery are in good repair and are surrounded by a locked chain link fence. The tank battery consist of three 100 BBL production tanks, two 25 BBL poly brine tanks, and three mechanical separators. The proper identification is located on the tank battery and the wellhead. The lease road is in stable condition. The tank battery and lease road are being shared by permit numbers 2-1820 and 2-1152.
