0294267634 2013-08-21 UrbanProduction Wells Violations Noted My inspection found the well to be equipped with a pump jack unit. The pump jack did not have a motor on it. The tank battery consisted of a 210 BBL production tank, a 100 BBL brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The separator does not meet the spacing requirements from the wellhead. The spacing between the separator and the production tank does not meet the requirements. The separator is heat treated but is not being used for that purpose. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition. I will contact the company about the issues.
0447307749 2016-03-11 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations My inspection found the well to be equipped with a pumpjack. The valves on the wellhead are closed. The tank battery consists of a 210 BBL production tank, a 100 BBL brine tank, and a mechanical separator. Locks need to be installed on the load lines. The dike around the tank battery is in good repair. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition. The well has not met minimum production since 2012. I have contacted the company about correcting the issues.
0563900108 2011-01-04 UrbanProduction Wells Violations Noted FOLLOW UP TO NOV # 1294758335 Site has been graded, seeded and vegetation is established. Spacing for the well site is not correct and must be corrected. There is only 15 feet between the separator and the wellhead. Spacing between separator and production tanks is not correct, spacing must be 10 feet or more. Separator has a heat treat design it does not appear that the separator is being used as a heat treater. If you are planning on using the separator as a heat treater, spacing must be 50 feet between wellhead and production tanks. Spacing between wellhead and production tanks is not correct, spacing is less than 50 feet. Pictures will be attached to this corrective action. Picture #1 shows distance between separator and production tank as 9.6 feet. Picture # 2 is an overview of the location. Picture #3 Spacing between separator and wellhead is less than 50 feet. Picture #4 shows distance between production tanks as less than 50 feet.
0790796476 2017-11-28 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations At the time of this inspection, the well was equipped with a pumpjack. Valves on the well and flow line were closed. The last reported production that met state requirements was in 2012. The tank battery consisted of one 210 BBL production tank, one 100 BBL brine tank and a heater treater separator. Valves on the separator were closed. The tank battery was diked. Signage at the tank battery location needs to be updated to reflect new company owner information. The lease access was stable. I contacted Rockefeller Oil Company and left a message with the answering service about updating signage and production.
