0322134745 2015-12-10 Production Wells No Violations My inspection found the well to be equipped with a pumpjack. The pumpjack is surrounded by a chain link fence. The belt guard for the pumpjack is laying next to it and there is plastic jugs laying around inside the fence. The tank battery is in good repair and is surrounded by a chain link fence. The tank battery consists of a 210 BBL production tank, a 100 BBL brine tank, and a mechanical separator. There is a domestic supply plumbed off of the sales portion of the separator. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition. I contacted Jim Stanley, a supervisor with Petrox about installing locks on the fences, install the belt guard onto the pumpjack, and clean up the trash inside the fencing around the pumpjack.
1860986033 2018-04-20 Production Wells No Violations At the time of this inspection, the well was equipped with a pumpjack and the annulus and flow line valves were open. The well was partially fenced. Production records for this well were current. The tank battery consisted of one 210 BBL tank, one 100 BBL tank and a mechanical separator. Valves on the separator were open. There was a domestic line with a meter plumbed off of the separator. The tank battery was diked and fenced with legible signage. The lease access was stable.
