Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
-1006919432 2015-1-14 0:00: UP No Violations
1006919432 2015-01-14 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations My inspection found the pump jack has been removed from the well. The pump jack pad and electrical service still remain intact. The rods and the tubing are intact. There is a domestic supply plumbed into the production casing. The flow line valve from the tubing is closed and the well is being produced off of the 4.5 casing. The tank battery consists of two 100 BBL production tanks, two 100 BBL brine tanks, and two mechanical separators. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition. The tank battery and the lease road are being shared by permit number 2-0477.
1511888046 2017-11-20 Production Wells No Violations At the time of this inspection, the well was equipped with rods and the tubing but the pumpjack has been removed. There is a domestic supply plumbed into the production casing. The flow line valve from the tubing is closed and the well was being produced off of the 4.5 inch casing. The production records for this well were current. The tank battery consisted of two 100 BBL production tanks, two concrete brine vaults and two mechanical separators. Valves on the separator were open and the chart dated 11/8/17 showed production. The tank battery was shared with well 2-0477 and was diked with legible signage. The lease access was stable. No violations observed.
