0487827053 2017-12-01 Production Wells No Violations During this inspection, the well was equipped with a pumpjack and the tubing and flow line valves were open. There was domestic line plumbed off of the 4.5 inch casing with a regulator, meter and drip bottle. The valve on the domestic line was open. The well was fenced. Production records for this well were current. The tank battery consisted of one 100 BBL production tank, one 50 BBL poly brine tank, and a mechanical separator. Valves on the separator were open and the chart showed production. The tank battery was diked and fenced with legible signage. The lease access was stable. No violations observed.
0734808217 2015-02-02 Production Wells No Violations My inspection found the well to be equipped with a pump jack. The well and the tank battery are in good repair and are surrounded by a chain link fence. The tank battery consists of a 100 BBL production tank, a 50 BBL brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition.
1390310406 2014-01-21 Production Wells No Violations The company has removed the oil contaminated soil that was on the outside of the fence on the dike and the lease road. They have brought in new stone and spread it on the lease road. The separator and fence has been steam pressure washed. The oil inside the dike has been removed and the stone base in the tank battery has been steam washed. The company will continue to monitor the location for contaminates that might have been missed during the clean up. No violations found.
2023031421 2014-01-14 Production Wells No Violations I was contacted by Larry Lauer from Enervest that there was a oil spill on location. I arrived to find an estimated 2 to 3 BBLs of oil had escaped from the pop off valve on the separator. The oil was inside the tank battery and on the North side of the dike and on the lease road. No oil had made it off location. The well is equipped with a pump jack. The tank battery consists of a 100 BBL production tank, a 50 BBL brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The well and tank battery are surrounded by a chain link fence. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition.
