Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
-2868699 2017-2-17 0:00: UP No Violations
0002868699 2017-02-17 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations During this inspection, the well was equipped with the 4.5 inch casing that was plumbed into a 2 inch flow line and was being produced off of the casing. It was observed that a gas leak was present around the well casing due to the standing water that was bubbling. The well was fenced. There was an audible sales line gas leak observed along the west side of the lease access road. A gas odor was detected. There was no oil on the lease access road or near the leak. I flagged the area where the leak was observed. Reported production for this well was current. The tank battery consisted of one 210 BBL production tank, one 100 BBL brine tank and a mechanical separator. Valves on the separator were open and the chart showed production. The tank battery was diked and fenced but inside the dike was standing water and old oil staining was observed on the bottoms of the production and brine tanks. The vent stack on the 210 BBL appeared to be rotted out and was covered in old oil. The tank battery had proper, legible signage and was fenced but the man door was laying on the ground adjacent to tank battery. The lease access was stable. I called Kyle Ahbel from Enervest and explained the situation on site, regarding the sales line leak, the oil staining in the tank battery, and the visible gas leak at the wellhead, as well as reattaching the man door at the tank battery. He told me he would send someone out to inspect the site immediately.
1369311793 2013-05-23 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations My inspection found the well is being produced off of the 4.5 casing. The annulus valve is plumbed up and closed. The well and tank battery are in good repair and are surrounded by a chain link fence. The tank battery consists of a 210 BBL production tank, a 100 BBL brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition.
