The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition. The tank battery and lease road is being shared with permit number 2-0555.

The tank battery was comprised of one 210 BBL production tank, one 35 BBL poly brine tank and a mechanical separator. Tank valves were equipped with plugs. The tank battery was diked and fenced with a locked man door, and shared with well 2-0555. There was legible identification at the well and tank battery locations. The lease access was stable.

I contacted Alan Lorinchack of Summit Petroleum about repairing the tubing leak and adding signage at the well location.
