0479668093 2013-12-26 Production Wells No Violations My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The well and tank battery are in good repair. The tank battery consists of a 100 BBL production tank, a buried concrete brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition.

2127004060 2017-12-01 Production Wells No Violations At the time of this inspection, the well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly and the valves on the annulus and flow lines were open. The production records for this well were current. The tank battery consisted of one 100 BBL production tank, a concrete brine vault and a heater treater separator. Valves on the separator were open and the chart showed production. There was a domestic line plumbed off of the separator with two regulators, a meter and drip bottle. Valves on the domestic line were open. Proper spacing was observed between the separator and production tank. The tank battery was diked with legible signage and the lease access was stable. No violations were observed.
