According to 1501:NONE_/1509:.062A and considering the condition of the wellhead, the operator shall produce this well or plug it. Further there is no identification on this wellhead or the tank battery nearby. The owner shall erect a sign that contains at least the following information: current well owner, lease name, well number, permit number, county, and an emergency telephone number.

1382360354 2013-10-21 Administrative Inspection No Violations Pat Altheirs called me to explain what they propose to do with this well. They plan to install a motor on the pumping unit, erect new timbers below the unit, and anything else necessary to bring it back on production. They are also planning to move their 100-bbl tank closer to Swisher Road to facilitate the removal of product and/or brine water as a result of continued production. They will also install identification signs on the tank and wellhead location. I will continue to check this wells progress.
