0366297352 2019-01-08 Production Wells No Violations My inspection revealed this well has not been brought into compliance. The well does not have a legible identification. At 11:41 AM, I called well owner Mr. Chris Schmelzer and was unable to reach him. I left a voicemail message to return my call regarding bring this well into compliance.

The well has not shown minimum production since 2014.The well is currently incapable of production. The well owner, SCHMELZER PLUGGING LLC shall submit a written plugging schedule to Kip Thompson at 5880 Memory Road, Zanesville Ohio 43701 within 30 days, per OAC 1509:13(B)(7), and plug the well within 180 days. The well owner/operator will be notified if the plugging schedule is approved or denied.
