The well was blown down, they filled the pit with brine and circulated the brine until the well equalized. The 30 sacks of class A cement was placed with 14 barrels of brine to ensure the plug stayed were it was intended to be.

The Clinton plug was set at 1450. The big lime plug was set at 1612. The surface plugs were set at 1833. All plugs circulated.
1480921961 2013-04-19 Production Wells Violations Noted Production well inspection, this well consists of a well head and 1-100 barrel tank. The well is leaking gas from the surface casing. I have contacted Dick Poling to inform him of the need to fix the leak. I spoke with Dick Poling, this well will be plugged next week.
1828169889 2013-04-25 Plug / Plug Back No Violations Wright well services is in plugging well for Dick Poling. The well is a gas plunger lift (rabbit well) that has 2.375upset tubing hung in well and is gassing. There was a load of salt water on the location so Formation Cementing could get the well to static level by circulating all gas out and killing well. Then a 30 sack plug would be placed on bottom at 3868 to 3468. Formation pumped on well for about 1.5 hours and then set plug.
1868896019 2014-06-03 Final Restoration No Violations There are beans planted in the field where the well was located. There is no evidence of production equipment left behind and the land was properly restored. The location has met all 1509.072B restoration requirements.
