1337626003 2012-05-18 Orphan No Violations Mr. Dale Huskill, residing at 5360 Columbia Road, North Olmstead, Ohio filed a complaint of a strong odor coming from an orphan well that had been plugged three days earlier. He stated that there was a kiddie swimming pool left by the contractor causing the odor. He desired the items left at the site be removed. I left a cell phone message for Ron Gibson to please remove the items left from the plugging procedure. DNR Inspector Norburt Lowder also contacted Ron Gibson, who removed the items Friday afternoon. I contacted Mr. Huskill on Monday, May 21, 2012 to see if he was satisfied his complaint was resolved. Mr. Huskill was satisfied with the results. I closed the complaint file #3778 on Monday, May 21, 2012.
