1346767055 | 2012-09-11 | Orphan | No Violations | I conducted this orphan well inspection 0n 9/11/12 at the request of potential purchaser of the property located at 2175 Niagara Street, Lakewood, Ohio. No evidence of a wellhead was found. There is a 14 high, approximately 2 diameter steel line on the (estimated location) of the property, which may be a vent pipe. I checked the outlet of the vent pipe with my gas meter and obtained the following readings: O2-20.9, LEL-0,H2S-0, CH4IR-0.20, and CO-0. These readings show no signs of gas leakage. The GPS readings were taken at the vent line. The source of this pipe could not be determined without excavating the site. I notified the potential purchaser of the results of my inspection by phone. |
