-391672690 2013-1-7 0:00:0 UP No Violations
0391672690 2013-01-07 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations The producing unit is comprised of a three-tank battery (2 140-barrel, 1 20-barrel) with mechanical separator and a wellhead with pump jack. The wellhead and tank battery are not enclosed. The well is currently in production. The tank and well spacing is in accordance with 1509:9-9-05 . Unit identification is present and legible at the tank battery. The motor on the pump jack has a minor oil leak, which is actively dripping.. Also, the pump jack motor is lacking a belt guard. The tank battery secondary containment is adequate. Otherwise, I did not observe any other leaks, spills, or other signs of contamination. I spoke with Adam Gibler about the oil leak and the need for a belt guard.
0851989967 2016-11-16 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following elements: a wellhead with pump jack system and associated tank battery, both located within the confines of a materials supply and storage operation. Fittings and connections at the wellhead were secure and free from signs of leakage or problems with the following exception: There is some leakage of fluid from the 4-inch plugged fitting at the bottom of one of the steel production tanks. Tank lids were closed and secure. Secondary containment was intact and free from signs of spills or leakage. Load lines were plugged and secure. I contacted Larry Gibler with Duck Creek Energy and advised about the need for maintenance at the leaking fitting.
2116071204 2017-10-24 Work Over Reconditioning No Violations I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. The well and battery are located on a parcel otherwise utilized for industrial use. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: a wellhead with pump jack system which was in operation. Fittings and connections at the well were secure and free from signs of leakage or problems. The well and associated tank battery are located along the eastern fringe of the parking area. The load-lines were plugged and secure. The leakage from the 4-inch load-valve that I had noted during a previous inspection had been fixed. The secondary containment was intact and dry. Signage was present. I walked the areas surrounding the well and battery and found no signs of degradation or impact to the natural greenscape.
