The following maintenance issue needs to be corrected.

Gaps between the top of the dike and bottom of the board on broad fencing around the dike. Fluid has collected within the Dike area needs to be removed and disposed of properly. Charcoal filter needs replaced due to bottom rusted out. I contacted Rick Little and he stated the fluid will be pumped out and disposed of and the charcoal filter, fencing issues it will be put on the repair schedule.

0532856080 2014-07-10 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this producing unit as part of routine inspection activities. The wellhead which is currently fitted with a pump jack system is in operation. Production reports are current. System operation at the above-ground storage tank (AST) battery appears normal. Safety apparatus are present. I observed a minor leak of oil from the stuffing box and notified Cutter Oil.
0602752577 2017-04-28 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this producing well location as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I noted the following: a wellhead with pump-jack system and associated tank battery in separate board-on-board enclosures located on a residential property. The well is co-located with the #2-2146 well. Fittings and connections at the wellhead were secure. I did note that there was a small leakage of gas from a loose fitting at the surface casing nipple and I notified CJ Cutter. The pump-jack supports were solid. The stuffing box fitting was secure with no leaking or problems. The bridle attachments were secure. Fittings and connections at the battery were secure. The load-line valves were plugged and locked. The tank lids were closed and sealed. The secondary containment had several inches of standing water from recent rainfall. The water was clear and free from any signs of spills, leaks, or other problems. Access to the two wells and associated battery is from a shared-use, gravel-paved access road that enters from Wallings Road and also provides access to a barn and residential structure. I walked the areas surrounding the well and battery systems and observed the natural soils and vegetation to be free from signs of leaks, spills, or other adverse impact from the on-going production activity.
