0496264285 | 2017-05-01 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: a wellhead with plunger-lift system and associated tank battery is separate chain-link enclosures located on a isolated parcel occupied by a former broadcast facility, surrounded by woods . The enclosure gates were locked. Fittings and connections at both the wellhead and battery were secure. Load-line valves were plugged, locked and secure. The tank lids were closed and secure. Secondary containment was intact and the interior areas were dry and free from signs of leakage or problems. I walked and inspected the areas around the wellhead and battery and found no evidence of impact or environmental degradation relating to the on-going production activity. |
