I walked the areas surrounding the well and found no signs of problems or impacts relating to the production operation. |

At the time of this inspection I observed the following items requiring maintenance: The electrical box is unlocked and unsecure. There is oil staining around back-pressure (Baird) valve which requires clean-up. There is gas leaking from the 0.25-inch copper line at the motor valve. These maintenance issues must be remedied as soon as practicable or by 06/19/2015. |
